Features

  • Breakaway probe design will eliminate costly damage to your entire probe!  Simply replace the aluminum bolts and you will be up and running in no time. 
     
  • All panels are pre-wired by a UL certified shop using all UL listed components and guidelines.  Fuse protection, motor starters, and emergency disconnect all come as standard features.
     
  • Union Iron Works probes are designed to provide accurate uniform samples.  Core probes and Compartmentalized probes are available to meet your sampling needs.
     
  • We use top of the line Bosch brand hydraulic pumps on all our probes.  Easy adjust flow controls allow the hydraulic system to be set at a comfortable speed for the operator.  All probes are designed with a counter balance as an extra safety feature.  Pressure gage, oil level, and temperature gage are included with every unit.  Hydraulic filters are available to increase the longevity of the system.
     
  • Our control pendant is designed with dual joysticks and light indicator switches for easy operation. 
     
  • Dual vacuum systems are available for long overhead or underground grain transfer systems. 
     
  • 48” extendable boom provides an 8’6” to 12’6” reach.
