Fertilizer Bucket Elevator
The Union Iron Fertilizer Leg is designed to handle capacities from 500 lbs/hr to 500 tons/hr. The leg is constructed with stainless steel housing, flanges and shafts.

The fertilizer leg is available in both belt type (centrifugal) or a chain type (continuous). The continuous discharge fertilizer leg is designed for slow speed (125 ft/min). The material is gravity discharged instead of thrown. This type of movement allows minimal separation or damage to materials.

Standard Features

  • All stainless steel 3-piece head section with inspection ports and pillow block bearings.
  • All stainless steel casing with reinforced corners and removeable inspection panels.
  • All stainless steel boot section with inlet hopper, shovel pouch, stainless screw type take-ups, pillow block bearing design and clean out slides.
  • All stainless steel construction. Housing flanges and shafts.
